Our Office is headed by Stratis Simos who is an Attorney at Law registered with the Athens Bar Association and an Accredited Mediator. His professional experience is focused on Commercial and Corporate Law, International Commercial Agreements, Intellectual and Industrial Property Law and Real Estate Law. He is a Legal Counsel and Attorney at Law for commercial companies in Greece for more than a decade and in parallel he has gained significant experience in Court proceedings.
Since 2018 Stratis is also an Accredited Mediator registered with the Greek Ministry of Justice, having been trained at the Athenian Center of Mediators’ Education & Training AKKED PROMETHEUS, under the auspices of the Athens Bar Association and the ADR Center Institution as a member of JAMS International Institution.
Stratis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Thrace Law School (2005), a Master II DESS in Business Law applied to the Healthcare Industries from Jean Monnet University in Saint Etienne - Lyon area in France (2007) and an Executive MBA from Athens University of Economics and Business AUEB (2014). Stratis has also been granted the Erasmus – Socrates scholarship for legal studies at the Besancon Law School in France (2003) and has participated in numerous conferences regarding the Law and Business Administration.
